OPENI VIDEO TO GIF / SCREEN RECORDING TO GIF — THIRD-PARTY NOTICES

The interface, media sampling, crop handling, original median-cut palette builder,
recording lifecycle and integration are authored for Openi. The reference website's
implementation is not included. No videos or recorded frames are uploaded.

Openi uses its own weighted median-cut palette builder. The build preparation
checks that no PnnQuant or palettize code contributes bytes to the worker bundle.
