OPENI'S USEFUL TOOLBOX
Create Smaller GIFs from Video & Screen Recordings
HOW TO USE THIS TOOL
Turn a short video moment into a GIF
Add a video, choose its start and end, then adjust width and frame rate. Crop or add a caption if useful. Convert a short, small preview first and increase quality only if needed.
A large image size, long duration and high frame rate can create very large GIFs. GIF output has no sound. Check the exported animation, loop and file size before sharing.
Video and GIF data stay on your device. Settings and results are not saved automatically. Multiple completed files can be downloaded individually or together where available.
HOW TO USE THIS TOOL
Record the screen, then save a GIF
Start recording and explicitly choose a tab, window or screen in the browser picker. Stop when finished, trim the useful interval and convert it to a GIF.
Recording has no sound. The selected screen is recorded before cropping is applied to the GIF. Close private windows and notifications before sharing a screen. Stop, cancel or leaving the page ends the capture.
Screen capture needs a supported desktop browser and your explicit permission. Real Mac and phone testing is pending. Recordings are processed locally and are not uploaded.
