HOW TO USE THIS TOOL

Rename files without changing their contents

Add files, choose a common base name or edit the original names, and add numbering. Review the complete before-and-after list before downloading your ZIP.

Changing an extension label only changes the name: renaming a PDF to .docx does not convert it. Actual image conversion supports still PNG, JPG and WebP files. JPEG cannot preserve transparency.

Up to 500 files and 100MB input total. Renaming preserves file contents and embedded metadata. Actual image conversion re-encodes the picture. Files stay in your browser and originals are preserved.
